I contacted them first thing in the morning because we were having our fireplace removed and discovered that the previous company had capped the gas line in the wrong location. It was an urgent, last-minute situation, and JLN responded immediately. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. They understood the urgency, got a technician to our home incredibly quickly (which is almost unheard of these days), and resolved the issue professionally and efficiently. I was also extremely impressed with the level of detail in their invoice. It included thorough documentation along with photos and videos of the work completed, which really demonstrates their professionalism and transparency. A special thank you to Argene for coordinating everything so efficiently, and to Berris, the technician, who arrived so quickly and did an outstanding job. It was a true team effort.
