James came to install power & lighting to our garden studio. He did a great job, provided a clear quote & explained the process well. We were really pleased with how efficiently he worked and the finish was excellent. We will definitely use him for future work.

James is our 'go-to' electrician. James has assisted us with various electrical projects of differing sizes and complexity over the last few years and we have always been very happy with the work. James is very courteous, tidy, considerate, reliable and does a great honest job.

JJD Electrical did an amazing job on the electrics in our house. James did a thorough inspection, and then a consultation with us for what we wanted. He then promptly came back to us with a quote the next day, and we sorted out times. We wanted new downlights, wall sockets, and ethernet ports in every room of the house, so it was a lot of work, but James took it in his stride. During the works he was very professional, even when we had the heatwave, was always on time, and always left our house incredibly tidy. I cannot reccomend JJD Electrical enough! After numerous recommendations from family members, I contacted James to sort out a number of jobs in the house. These ranged from changing some switches and sockets in the house, to the bigger task of adding outdoor sockets to the driveway for car charging, continuing this cabling around the house to install garden sockets, along with a PIR garden light, and also using this cabling to drill through the wall to add a new socket in the kitchen. It was all encased in a tidy black conduit to finish it off nicely and add extra protection. James was very accommodating with my requirements and had no issues when I wanted certain things in slightly different positions than had previously been discussed. His work is extremely tidy, and James himself is very efficient and knowledgeable, answering all questions we had regarding the job, and offering his expert opinion on the best options for us. He completed the job in a day and the quote was less than expected considering what he had done, and the presentation of the work. I will certainly be returning to James for any further work we need. I cannot praise him enough for his workmanship and customer service! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

James recently replaced our aged consumer unit and carried out a long-overdue inspection of our installation. He explained in detail his proposal for our needs and completed the task very efficiently and tidily. We found James to be reliable and professional throughout. So pleased with the work that has been done on our full electrical rewire. James really is a safe pair of hands and was very communicative during the entire process. Every attention to detail was considered and there was clear thinking to avoid making too much mess where it wasn’t necessary. Highly recommend!

James from JJD has done several bits of work for us from fixing a broken socket up to a partial rewire. At all times he is courteous, punctual and diligent. He arrives on time, works neatly and tidies up well after his work is complete. The workmanship is always good and the bill is always fair and reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

JJD electrical did a whole rewire of our downstairs lights and fitted smoke alarms. His work was done to a very high standard, tidy worker and reasonable price. Would highly recommend him.

Excellent service from JJD Electrical. James both moved and added some plug sockets in a number of locations, removed and made safe some unwanted wall lights and installed a dimming strip of LEDs in an alcove.
