I'm the Maintenance manager at a 4 storey 125 unit condo complex. JJ Glass is excellent. They have done numerous window pane replacements, hinge replacements, and gasketing replacements. Good pricing, they are responsive to requests, they keep their appointments. The employees (Elvin and Roland) are extremely knowledgeable having worked in the window manufacturing industry. They are competent, polite and fast. I would recommend them always.

These guys are great. A few days before Christmas, a storm sent a rock through one of our sealed windows. It was a small project competing with much higher priority work at a bad time. Other companies said they could come in a few weeks at a very high cost. JJ Glass had workers in the area and popped by the next day to take measurements. A couple of days later, they returned to install a new unit. Quick and very professional work. They charged their minimum call-out rate, which was very reasonable. We didn't do much for their bottom line, but we were treated as if we did. We'll be recommending to friends.
