The customer wanted to utilise the high speeds it can provide for gaming and specifically to improve the upload as this increases latency which is all important in modern multiplayer games. Duane sourced the correct 5G Antenna for the job and all the correct specialist cabling to connect directly to the nighthawk unit. Upload speeds went from about 2Mbps to over 50Mbps with upload moving from 75Mbps to over 300Mbps for download. This is a massive increase and shows these antenna systems when installed by our technicians can make a life changing change for those who live in the world of gaming. Customer was over the moon and very excited electing to try his game before Duane had time to pack up.
