Shane from Jim’s Antennas Salisbury attended a property recently where his customer was having reception issues. Their antenna system was still an analogue antenna, mounted on this fascia mount that was ready to be pulled away from the house.
This part of the fascia is not meant to support any weight let alone a heavy analogue antenna and the fascia mount, rocking back and forth in windy conditions.
The mount and antenna were removed to save the fascia from pulling away from the house and a new Tile Roof Rafter Mount and digital antenna were installed.
