Michael from Ingle Farm was called in to assist a new tenant with TV reception issues. A quick inspection showed that the antenna was well beyond its serviceable life and was falling to pieces, the most obvious problem though was the original antenna cable was not designed for outdoor use and had been destroyed by UV. A new cable and antenna was installed all the way to the outlet and now the customer can finally watch something other than Netflix.
