Another NBN FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) repair job carried out in Hope Valley.
Shane from Jim’s Antennas Salisbury attended his customers property to repair a fibre connection to the ONT.
His customers cat, somehow managed to accidently pull the OF (Optic Fibre) cable completely out of the ONT resulting in no internet access at all.
A new connector was fitted to the OF cable, tested and reconnected to the ONT. The ‘Optic’ light came on the ONT, confirming a good connection was made.
Shane’s customer was so happy that he could be back on-line to pay bills especially before X-Mas.
