We needed to replace the awning on our caravan. Jillaroo was so easy to deal with - they advised on how to measure the size and even had the one we wanted in stock. We could have had it delivered, but opted to go and pick it up on the other side of Brisbane so we could see what the quality was like before we bought it. Needless to say it was excellent. The staff were very helpful with questions we had. They have a video showing how to install the awning yourself, which we ended up doing. It was super helpful to have, and the whole thing only took us about an hour - not bad for beginners! Highly recommended!

From the outset through email communications Jemma was punctual No communications were prompt. We organised a fitting time for a new awning on our motor home. On arrival we were welcomed warmly and nothing was to much trouble. The fitting time was exactly as quoted (1/12 hours). The price was reasonable and the service was great. Justin new all about the product he was selling and we’d recommend Jillaroo Awning’s any day of the week.

The Jillaroo Team fitted a 4.8m awning to our HOPE bus last month. Having been showed how to set it up, the family travelled to Grassy Head NSW and the awning was out in minutes, ready for our compact camping holiday. It was a great blessing to have the good coverage of our new awning, and the ease of packing up after our 2 days away, so we could be on the road again! Love having new Jillaroo Awning. Ordered colour awning we wanted, while we were in Clontarf. They very quickly sent it on to us, once we notified them of where we were, as we are full timers. We easily installed it ourselves with no issues after watching there install video. Great service with a smile. Cheers all round, Happy Campers.

We recently bought a porch/extension awning - it’s a game changer. We just love it. It was so good during the recent wet weather and it offers perfect cover/shade for our fridge/esky located frontside of our van. It also fits perfectly into our Aussie Traveller anti-flappers. You will also need to get 2 poles and a spreader bar. It’s all well worth it. Highly recommend this product.

The staff at Jillaroo we fabulous to work with, their service and explanation of the process was flawless. The awning was made to our specifications and fitted to my motor home. We are very happy with the awning.

Bought an awning and had it fitted. Fit was done well and Jillaroo also sorted out the old awning and explained that the old one had not been fitted correctly and they made sure the new one had been fitted properly. Nice people and happy with the product and service.
