George was very polite, fast, and cost efficient. We provided our own part and George did the work to replace the front rubber gasket in our front load machine. Much faster and better priced than Samsung’s repairs!

I hired this technician for appliance repair and was charged $375, including $225 for spare parts. Before the service, I specifically asked for a detailed receipt or breakdown of the parts he planned to purchase. He acknowledged this and said he would send it later. However, I only received a generic invoice without any receipts or proof of what was purchased. Later, he disclosed that one of the two parts was not even purchased—he already had it on hand. This left me with doubts not only about the actual cost but also about whether the parts even needed replacement in the first place. I advise future customers to request clear receipts and a breakdown of charges upfront, and to ensure any replaced parts are properly justified. Transparency matters, especially when it comes to repair services.

Called and spoke to George about a washing machine leak issue. He gave me a few suggestions to try before scheduling him to come out. Tried them and had success. Certainly appreciate George and his willingness to help me out. Hopefully I do not have any issues. But if I do, I would not hesitate to call him for any service.

Very fast and good work. Reliable and on time. Professional and I felt safe to let into my home around my wife and kids. Pleasure to do business. And my dogs loved him.

I read George’s other reviews before my post. I was so impressed with his professionalism and ethics. He stayed with the diagnosis through 3 separate trips and never became discouraged. On the contrary, he encouraged my wife and I that he would figure it out and he did. It’s very hard to find this kind of mentality now days. He has a great future and I recommend him greatly.
