Jetport Cab LLC

I recently used Jetport Cab for a trip to the airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The driver arrived on time, was very courteous, and helped with my luggage. The car was clean and comfortable, making the ride to the airport stress-free. The driver also took the quickest route, ensuring I arrived with plenty of time to spare. Overall, Jetport Cab provided excellent service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable transportation.

The gentleman who took my name on the phone; then the cab driver; and the overall experience was outstanding! I had to get from Portland International Jetport to a point on the coast, a good hour+ drive. The gentleman who drove the cab was kind, considerate, and was a joy to ride with. Very safe. I scheduled a Feb.1 pickup in Portland at 2:45 AM in order to catch a 3:15 bus to Logan Airport. When the cab didn't show up at 2:45 I called Jetport Cab to get a status. I was put on hold for about five minutes then was told "sorry, I can't find the driver but I'll keep trying". We ended up driving to the bus station and arranging with someone to pick up our car later in the day. After reading the positive reviews I thought Jetport Cab would deliver but obviously not the case.

I absolutely love this company! I'm a student at Bates College and every time I need to a ride to the Portland Jetport or Boston Logan Airport, they are happy to do so. They are always on time, the staff is friendly, and the rates are reasonable! Definitely recommended to students in the Maine area!

Called TWICE to get a rate for a trip I'm planning next week Twice ,2 times the gentleman who answered the phone HUNG UP IN ME Telling me to call back the day of the trip That is very very poor , unprofessional customer service Luckily ,there a few different taxi companies in Portland 😏😉

Would not recommend. I used their online tool to schedule a pickup for the next day. I called them two hours later to confirm the reservation and they had already lost it. I made the reservation again over the phone. When they were 10 minutes late for the pickup, I called them and nobody answered (they do not appear to be open 24/7). I called back 4 more times, and left a message. I missed my flight, and they never bothered to call me back. As unprofessional as you can get.

Is there a way to give no star? That's how horrible this company is drivers texted while driving. Ran a yield sign and almost got hit by an 18 wheeler. Can't speak English and are very awkward drivers. You should stay where you are not use this taxi!

The same driver has cut me off 4 times on outer Congress, the last time almost causing me to get rear ended. He is frantically switching lanes in a futile attempt to beat "traffic" and forcing everybody else to slam on their brakes in the process. Currently missing a green arrow because he needs to be the first DB to make it through the green light at the Westgate intersection. Wouldn't trust him with my luggage let alone my life.

Car was clean and on time, friendly driver and the car was not freezing cold. I got to the airport stress free and on time. I highly recommend Jetport Cab!!

Fabulous experience it’s was a amazing smooth ride the driver was fantastic I 10/10 recommend the environment was nice and clean and I got to where I needed to be real fast
