Jet Drain Plumbing is fast, professional, and overall a great experience! we had a main line blockage and they arrived quick. Aramis and Abi used their snake and water jetter to remove the drain block, explained the whole process with their camera, and gave us advice on what to do moving forward. Jet Drain turned a stressful situation into a quick and easy fix. we really appreciate them and highly recommend them!

They are knowledgeable, professional, on time, and very reasonable when it comes to pricing. They take the time to explain in detail what has happened and what needs to be done to correct the issue. They answered all our questions, and kept us apprised of what was happening along the way during the repairs. They are in my opinion the BEST plumbing company I've had the pleasure of working with! Recently we had company and the shower in the main bathroom was coming down in a trickle. Also our hot water in that bathroom wasn’t working. I called Jet Drain. They fixed everything. They even had to change some of the plumbing so they had to cut into the wall. They patched everything and cleaned up. We were very happy. Another great job by Jet Drain.

I love that they providing a free visual estimate before I decided to have the service done. Did an excellent job while finishing in a timely manner! Technician was very friendly and respectful too. Will be using Jet Drain Plumbing for all plumbing issues from now on!

These guys are solid. Had some upstairs bathroom fixtures that were backing up and Jet Drain came right out, unclogged one set and came back the next day to finish a more difficult section that required more work and an extra technician. Here are some key reasons I will use them again: (1) They are transparent, honest and professional, They check in during the jobs and you will not get a several hundred dollar “surprise” at the last minute. (2) They are just helpful - the gentlemen who came out showed me how to fix a couple minor things on my own. (3) they communicate clearly and are digital (appt confirmation texts, emailed invoices with online payment, etc.). It is extremely hard to find a trustworthy plumber now, especially since some of the locals have sold off their businesses to less than honest chains or have just retired. Am glad that folks like Jet Drain are setting a standard here in Torrance.

Avi and Jet Drain came recommended by our HOA. I don’t really like being told which plumber I can use, but as soon as we chatted by phone, I liked Avi. He’s professional, intelligent, articulate and solution-oriented. Great start! I like working with someone who listens well to first understand the problem completely, before chiming in. When we met in person, he was professional, early, and he calmly pointed out all the mistakes the last person who fixed the plumbing, had made. I liked that he was humble and matter of fact about it, rather than being cavalier or dismissive about the others person’s work. I was impressed by how he was teaching critical thinking skills to his employee as he fixed the leak, and all the while, was very calm and centered. I also appreciated that they were both professionally dressed and didn’t smoke ( or smell like cigarettes), and their trucks clean and organized. ( Saves time). Avi trouble shot the issues and was there the next day to repair. He showed up early, did a very professional job and left the place immaculate. It’s great to find a plumber that you can trust to do a great job, and also trust in your home, even if you can’t be there. He’s that guy. We will definitely be using him in the future. ( Hopefully not too often! )

I unfortunately had a slab leak coming from a pipe I called, when I unfortunately had a slab leak coming from a pipe between my garage and main water shut off and they were fantastic! They were able to locate the leak quickly and fix it with ease and the cement patch blended in with the rest of my driveway. They also swapped out my old gas water heater for an electric one and fixed a sewer line in our kitchen. They have definitely become our go to plumbers with their wide knowledge of the trade!!

Great family owned company. Had a plumbing emergency and the owner answered the call and showed up within an hr!!! You dont hear things like that anymore unless they charge you an arm an a leg. Abi the owner is very knowledgable in his craft and help me make the necessary repairs and help me stay within my budget. I would highly recommend this company!!!
