This review is so long over due. I wanna thank Remax and their team for making my dream possible. All my respects to Jesus Morales, Judy and Jonathan Aguilar which was my Lender advisor. I met Judy and Jesus through a friend of mine he referred me and I couldn’t be more grateful to have them by my side throughout my home purchase. I hired Jesus and his team back in December of 2023 We began working in finding my forever home. 🏡 Jesus and Judy got to work in no time getting me into as many open houses, listened to all of my concerns regarding Size, Location, and Pricing that will fit my financial needs. On the other hand Jonathan will work 24/7 on gathering all the paperwork for the loan process. Jonathan was extremely helpful in answering all the questions that I had. He was super knowledgeable and transparent with every single detail. He worked with different banks to find the best loan, interest rate, and even helped with giving lender credits. I made my purchase March 2024 we closed escrow in the most beautiful area than I could’ve possibly imagined. I am beyond blessed to have such a wonderful team that were beyond passionate about their business.
