I have used Jessie Dixon's Property Management for my 2 single family rentals in Layton for years. She is very professional and responsive when maintenance issues arise. She seems to have the best contractors in Davis county on speed dial as they respond very quickly and are very competent. Jessie is excellent at knowing how much rent to charge and her tenant vetting is always spot-on. 5 stars is not enough stars to rate Jessie and her assistants. I'm sure there is not a better property management company in Davis county!
