We can’t say enough about what a great experience we had working with Jessica and her team. We contacted Jessica in early December and my mom’s house was listed in mid-January. We spent most of December emptying the house and garage of 30 years of furniture and belongings. Melissa worked her magic in January. She had an extensive rolodex of vendors that she had worked with in the past. She suggested strategic updates to the house such as new light fixtures that she personally selected from Amazon to replace dated fixtures (they were the perfect addition and did not break the bank). We used her recommended vendors; cleaners for a deep clean of the house, then carpet cleaner, window washer and finally a painter to paint the downstairs walls and kitchen cabinets. The day after the painter finished, the stager was in and the next day the photographer took pictures and the house was listed on the MLS the next day. I still can’t believe that she was able to get everything lined up so quickly following the holidays. She did an exceptional job orchestrating everything down to the last detail. We were out of town so it was wonderful having someone coordinate the house preparation that was local and had such good connections. She also did a wonderful job marketing the house including on line write up, photos, etc. She held a broker tour and multiple open houses including Saturday and Sunday showings the first two weekend. She did a great job of communicating progress along the way. And best of all she got us a full price offer! I would highly recommend Jessica for anyone looking to sell a home in the Santa Cruz area – she really is fantastic.
