Arizona's tallest tower just got the green light. Six hundred seventy five million dollars. Downtown Phoenix. Empire Group finally cleared their financing issues and they're moving forward.
This is the one people have been talking about for a while now. It stalled out last year because of funding problems but those are apparently solved. It's going to be the tallest building in the state when it's done. We're talking residential units, retail space, the whole mixed-use setup. Downtown keeps adding density and this is a big piece of that.
If you own property anywhere in the Valley this matters. More high-rise inventory changes the conversation around urban living here.
