Client Review: As a Soldier deployed to South Korea, I searched thoroughly for a realtor who was able to not only work through the timr difference, but, more importantly, who would be willing to put in the extra mile. Purposefully, I waited until roughly 8 PM Arizona time, and then started making calls. Mr. Abarca was the only to answer. Not only did he answer, he sat and had an hour long conversation with me - all during his time off. From there, he has worked his butt off to ensure that I, as his customer, a Soldier, and I would argue as a friend, was taken care of to the fullest extent possible. He worked late hours, early mornings, and any other time that I NEEDED HIM. These are the qualities of not only a phenomenal salesman, but of a terrific person. Mr. Abarca is extremely knowledgeable in the processes and proceedings of Arizonan realtor work. He is more than capable of giving advice and telling you when to hold 'em, fold 'em, and when to run.
