So picture this…
A lady calls me wanting to sell her home. She gives me the address, I say , I’ll be there today.
I show up, knock on the door. A guy answers. I stick my hand out to shake his… and he just turns around and walks back into his room 😳
Okayyy… awkward.
Then the lady comes out, super polite, apologizing. We sit down at the kitchen table, and I ask her,
“He didn’t know I was coming, did he?”
She says, “No… I’m leaving him. The house is under my name only.”

A week later, when my guy went to install the lockbox, that same dude CHASED him down the street yelling because he didn’t want to sell the house!
