The Rhode Island market is incredibly competitive. If you want an agent that is knowledgable, professional, and well-connected then Jess is that person. We found ourselves in a multi-offer situation with our DREAM house and we listened to and followed every piece of advice Jess had to offer to win the home. We ended up beating all other offers (we were not even the highest offer nor were we an all cash offer) and closed on our dream house. We are so incredibly happy! So, my advice in this market is to listen to her! Do your research as well and watch the content that Jess has on her social media page educating buyers on the market. Jess has a lot of material available that already answers a good chunk of questions that potential buyers might have. Overall, 10/10 would recommend working with her. There are only a handful of agents in RI that do majority of the transactions - and she is one of them. She is not a hobbyist agent. She's the real deal and a pleasure to work with.

Jess is very knowledgeable, great at explaining things, and never makes you feel silly for asking something. She knows *exactly* when to step in and provide guidance, or to allow you the space to come to your own decision. We felt very much in control throughout this process, and in stressful market conditions like these, that is a huge advantage. She really had our backs and advocated for us when necessary.
