๐ I had an inspection today and the buyer feels confident to move forward despite the fact that there were a lot of issues that showed up--but I had already identified 95% of them when I walked through the property with her and she was prepared and already has a plan to tackle those issues. We're under contract for $235k, a price she thought would be IMPOSSIBLE to find, and she's getting $10k towards her down payment through Rhode Island Housing. She and her wife are thrilled!
