Jess has made my life so much healthier! I am almost 70 years old, but have the energy of a much younger person. My cholesterol numbers were going up, so I asked for her advice. Jess advised me to reduce my meat protein intake, and increase my vegetable/fiber Intake. She gave me specific diet advice. I now eat healthy, delicious salads and vegetables and less meat. I really love my daily salad! My meals now digest faster with less meat intake. My cholesterol numbers are under control. And my healthy energy has me playing basketball and swimming regularly. Thank you Jess!

Jess Baker changed my life. Now that I know how to structure a balanced diet I have more energy to live my life. She encouraged me when I was struggling and built up my self confidence. I am proud of my body now. I used to restrict before I worked with Jess but this back fired into binge eating episodes. Jess taught me how to break this cycle and focus on getting protein, carbs, and LOTS of fiber in my meals so I can be full and give my body the nutrients it needs. I have learned a lot from Jess and I will continue to work with her!
