Jersey Worms

I signed up to have tree pruning was told by Jayson that they do leaves first then in December they do tree pruning. I haven’t heard back from him so I sent a text message to ask when he would be do the pruning. The text message I received back was disturbing. I was told that I have been removed from their list and they will no longer be providing any services at my property. I was shocked to say the least. To not provide a customer with an explanation as to why is disturbing. I have never had a lawn service before and wasn’t happy with a service performed in October.so I questioned this. I guess this is why I am no longer on their list. If a customer expresses their concerns with a service or the way their lawn looks this should be no reason to be taken off their list. If this is the case I want no part of Jersey worms.

I didn’t post most of the lawn maintenance season… But as the full cleanups are taking place, I have to just shout out Gavin and his crews at Jersey Worms for an impeccable job all season I had lawn service done every two weeks and coming home on a Wednesday afternoon and seeing my property meticulously manicured was perfect. The first fall cleanup was flawless. I also wanna add that Gavin was very responsive when I asked for a few different things to be done a certain way with the lawn and the edging and he relayed that information to his crew. I had the same employees each week and they knew exactly what to do to make the property look great. Excellent job Gavin. Thanks so much.!
