Jerry's Roadside Service

Jerry is the man! I don’t know what other way to say it. Had a flat tire on my box truck on a Sunday … at the beach! Jerry was able to show up quickly, get me a tire, and I was back on the road to my next pickup! Definitely saved me and my reputation.

Let me start out by saying that Jerry is the real deal!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, has state of the art diagnostic equipment, and a fully equipped service truck. Above all, he has the drive to satisfy the customer. He explained everything that he was going to do and the best plan to get us back on the road. Our 45 foot Motorhome blew an air line which caused the loss of air pressure to the brakes and suspension. I just managed to steer the Motorhome to the shoulder, on an extremely busy highway, before the brakes locked up and the suspension dropped. My towing insurance provider sent Jerry to attempt to facilitate a repair to get me off the highway to a safe location where the Motorhome could be towed. Jerry arrived in a timely manner, and discovered that the air line blew off the air compressor located on top of the 450 HP Cummings diesel engine. Jerry did the impossible and made a temporary repair on the air line located in an area with extremely limited access and no room to work, on a hot engine no less. After making a temporary repair, Jerry followed us to a safe location and he informed us that he would return the next morning, since the hydraulic shop was closed on Sunday. He would have a new line manufactured on Monday and installed so we could continue our trip. Jerry showed up in the morning, removed and replaced the line. He then completely checked the Motorhome over for safety. He checked the Motorhome for computer fault codes and made the necessary repairs. If you ever need check engine fault codes or electrical problems, I highly recommend Jerry to diagnose and repair your vehicle!! He knows his stuff and makes sure customer service is a top priority!!

At least three certified mechanics tried to fix my electrical problem with my truck. Jerry came to me in 15 minutes. Took his time and Ran several different diagnostics test to Make until he found the problem. Finally, my truck is fixed. His price was very honest and he was very honest. I would highly recommend Jerry. Thank you so much!!!!

We were on vacation in Florida and the car would not start. We assumed it was a battery problem. Called Triple A and used our roadside service. Jerry’s was dispatched. The technician showed up and ran a test, said no, not the battery sorry, and drove away. We called a tow truck since we were at a loss for what was wrong if the battery was fine. The tow truck service showed up and the guy says, “you didn’t by chance have Jerry’s come out did you?” We said yes - He said, “we see way too many people requesting towing around here, they get to the shop and it ends up being the battery.” We didn’t want to risk it because we had a very long drive the next day, so we had it towed to the shop. Guess what - turns out it was just the battery was dead!!! Lots of money and time later… we did make it back safely so that was good, but what a reputation to have if even the Tow truck guys know you….. word of advice, try the battery yourself first and save yourself some money.

Jerry was onsite in 30 minutes and got the job done just as quick. He’s my go to guy if I have any problems on the road.

Jerry is a great person, hands down and very knowledgeable. He fixed the vehicle quickly and provided an amazing service. Jerry was at my friends car within 15 minutes of me placing the call to him. He was extremely professional, explained everything very thoroughly as he went and had a great positive energy the whole time. Hopefully i won’t need to anytime soon, but atleast if my car breaks down i’ll know who to call!

I had a flat tire, AAA was going to run me 150 to start. Jerry came out in ten minutes, jacked up my pickup, and had the spare put on in 5 minutes flat. He even refilled the donut free of charge (something AAA would've charged for) Fifteen minutes later I was back on the road. He's a very sweet, down to earth guy. While hopefully I don't need his services again, if I do, I will absolutely call him first

I ran out of gas in my work vehicle in the middle of the day. I had the pleasuring of meeting Jerry who had a fantastic attitude and was super efficient. Got to me in 10 mins! Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Jerry's Roadside Service. We had a flat tire and we called him, he answered the phone and arrived at our location within 20 minutes. We also used him for an issue with the same car that would not start and he again answered his phone and came right out to help us. Both situations were outstanding and we could not be more impressed! I am in the service business myself and having reliable transportation is an absolute necessity for my business and my team.
