We called Jerry for service 3 days before Thanksgiving as our furnace wouldn't emit any heat and the fan wouldn't stop blowing cool air. Jerry communicated with us several times, checking if we were okay until he could get to us on his BIG LIST of requests. He was courteous and helpful, guiding us on what to do for safety until his arrival. Jerry’s Heating and Air recently came out to install a new RunTru AC and air handler to my home after my last AC stopped running completely and since the install my home has stayed at a comfortable 70 degrees and when the AC does come on it’s only running for maybe 5 minutes to get the house back to where it needs to be. This is a very efficient unit and the entire experience from the initial bid to financing and install has been quick and seamless! I called late afternoon Tuesday requesting service for my air conditioner and Jerry was on site Wednesday at 1:00 pm which is quite remarkable given we were in the middle of a heat wave keeping him very busy. Jerry and his office personnel were very professional through out the process of making the appointment to solving my problem. Jerry came out on Saturday evening himself, and diagnosed the unit, it had seen its last day. (21 yrs old) He set me up with options on new unit, financing, and a tentative install date by that night. And if that wasn't enough! He set my renters up with a in window unit till they could get it installed, also all this was done from out of state. He is a great person and businessman. I highly recommend.
