Jerry Polich Construction did a fantastic job on our renovation and addition! Jerry is very easy to work with, patiently guided us through the process, was clear in his explanations and made great design suggestions. He was always available for questions and kept us updated regularly. Jerry also helped keep costs down when possible. We absolutely love the results; he really transformed our 65-year-old house! We can't say enough good things about Jerry and highly recommend him!

When we were referred to Jerry by our neighbor, we had already been in contact with several other larger general contractors/builders (referred to us by our architect/design firm) who had sent salesmen out, strung us along for several months before either giving us a bid way outside of our budget, or a cost-plus approach which was open ended and not feasible for us. We lost at least half of a year because these larger firms wasted our time. Upon meeting Jerry, he listened to us and what we wanted instead of telling us how great he was, and was transparent about the potential challenges of the job and associated timelines, and it was clear he was not trying to sell us on anything, which was a breath of fresh air. Jerry got us a bid when he said he would that was within our budget. Throughout the demolition and construction, Jerry was onsite every single day. He was always proactive in communicating any potential issues, as well as his plan and timing for next steps. There were very few additional charges to the original bid, but the ones we did have were very reasonable and fair. If you have your drawings ready and are looking to do a major renovation or build a new home, I recommend you give Jerry a call.

Jerry and his crew did a great job repairing our house, after Milton blew a huge tree right into our house. He was timely and the quality of work was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Jerry, if you need home repair or remodeling.

This company did an awesome job in my front steps, repaired gap in the roof and added a much need gutter drain. Also repaired the inside wall where there had been a leak and painted. They were very reasonable and courteous. I am very happy with everything and will be using them for other projects very soon!
