GREAT COMPANY! they were there on time, did a great job and everyone in the company was nice and informative. They left the worksite very clean. At the end of the job when most companies say its going to be a little more money , jerry mills told me it was going to be over $700 LESS. THEY EXPLAINED WHY AND THEY DIDNT HAVE TO TAkE THE $740 OFF BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOW. So finding an honest company is soooooo refreshing now days when everyone is trying to rip you off. They also offered the best price to begin with. So a big thank you to jerry mills for making this process easy and stress free

My technician Steven was the most knowledgeable, professional and hardworking person I've ever seen. They are very competitively priced and prompt. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This company is exceptional! Called late morning to get our tank pumped and within 3 hours, they were there. Johnny was wonderful, a pleasure to talk with and explained our issues in detail. Very pleased with the service from this company! Update: May 15, 2024 After our tank was pumped 2 months ago, we knew we had issues with our leach field and had to have it replaced. Spoke with Vicki and received excellent service, as always, very informative and kept me updated with all the steps. Andy and Heath were the guys who installed the new leach field. From start to finish, they were professional, very meticulous and just top notch throughout the process! Explained everything and gave recommendations on how to keep everything working correctly. Their work ethic was very impressive!! Really enjoyed talking with them both. Cannot say enough about these two and would recommend them and this company over and over!! Thank you for the great job!!!

We couldn't be happier with the results of the job, from beginning to end 100% professional. From scheduling we were actually moved up two weeks from original date. The crew showed up on time and stayed until the job was done. The quality of the work was top notch, the men pay attention to every detail from start to finish. BEWARE when you get your septic tank pumped by this company!! Make sure you stand out there and watch the men and check inside to see if your tank has been pumped empty. If not the workers will load up their hoses and leave your tank with water in it still. Carl came out to pump mine and while I was still flushing the toilets he was already putting the lid back on. Well I asked him to reopen it so I could see if it was empty and guess what it had about 2 feet of water in it with water still pouring in. I made sure the man went back and pumped the rest out so I was left with an empty tank. Thank goodness I went out to check as the owner says “most people don’t even bother to be out there” so I’m sure they have done this to other unknowing customers. If you have noticed your tank has to be pumped out more often now you know why. These people are not trustworthy. And the new owner Shane is very rude and was full of excuses when I spoke to him about the service I received. Shane could use to develop customer service skills as he lacks the same level of treatment for customers that his father did. Won’t use this company again and do not recommend.

This company is just amazing! They got me in as fast as they could. The gentleman gave a lot of knowledge . Carl was a cool guy & very nice. Would recommend company to everyone I know.

Jerry Mills Discount Pumping should be who you call. They are amazing! We have dealt with them twice now and zero complaints!!! We will continue to use them. Johnny and Steve are the ones that came out (Johnny the first time, Steve today) Super affordable and thorough!! Any questions you may have they will answer. Not in a rush, they take their time to get done what needs done and the price is right, even weekends and holiday pricing.
