DISHONEST, ZERO CREDIBILITY, LIKES TO TAKE ADVATNAGE OF ELDERS.
On May 2, 2025, the contractor provided a quote of $3,000 for removing fallen trees and stumps. He showed up for one day of work, during which his machine broke down, and he completed only about 25% of the removal job(have not started on stump grinding yet). He then pressured my elderly parents, who are both in their eighties and suffer from Alzheimer’s, into paying him $2,000. They are not in a condition to handle high-pressure situations, and I was not present at the time.
Given that $2,000 significantly exceeded the value of the work completed, the contractor happily chose not to return and instead began making a series of excuses. At one point, he offered to refund $1,000, but when I tried to collect the refund, he changed his story again saying he will come back to finish but stopped responding to me. It appears he does not keep his words, lie consistently, and is willing to take advantage of vulnerable people whenever the opportunity arises.
