After multiple attempts at other businesses, Jeo’s returned my 1st call within 30 minutes! They gave me a rough estimate over the phone and were able to come out the next day. Tyler and Eric were even able to arrive earlier than planned to work around an appt I had. They were so nice, personable and did such a great job; all while having to step over and around my 3 large dogs who wanted to help! I will call Jeo’s for all future plumbing needs! Thanks!!

They came to our home to diagnose a block. They definitely did their do diligence when it came to unplugging the problem. Both the owner and worker were great to work with. Would absolutely recommend calling them before All Valley and Rooter!

Jeo’s Plumbing did an excellent job replacing the power switch to my water pump. The technician was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. After one week without running water due to a pipe freeze, my family and I are extremely grateful for Jeo's Plumbing. Prior to me contacting Jeo's, I had contacted and hired a local plumbing company to do the job; I received nothing but false hope, lost time, and an unsolved water issue with no fixture in sight. Calling Joe's Pluming was the best decision I could have made. Within couple minutes, their team was able to identify and assess the issue that had been missed by the previous company, strategize their game plan, and execute their job. Not only are these professionals skilled in their trade, they are professional and understand the meaning of tailored and personable customer service. A five star rating will simply not do this company justice.

Jeo’s Plumbing repiped and replaced all the old galvanized piping in our entire home that was in dire need of replacement. They got all the necessary permits and city inspections needed. We as homeowners didn’t have to worry about dealing with any of the city permits or paperwork stuff which was nice. They completed the project on time and as expected. They were all kind and easy to work with!

Came out in March and replaced cartridge in tub valve and it started dripping again 4 months later. He said he would have to cut into wall and replace valve behind it. Another company came out and took out cartridge. It had a chip in it and was a cheap one. Probably used when he put it in. Very disappointed.

We called for an emergency plumbing issue while on vacation at our rental. He showed up within an hour, communication was great, fair prices. Would absolutely recommend!

I wanted to share my experience with Jeo Plumbing. I recently had a plumbing issue and called around to several other businesses. Unfortunately, they were all booked up and couldn't assist me for at least two weeks. However, Jeo Plumbing was able to schedule me for service within two days. Marcos, the plumber, called 30 minutes before arriving and showed up right on time. He quickly and effectively diagnosed and fixed the problem with my tub. After completing the job, he explained their warranty and encouraged me to contact them if any issues arose. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and workmanship provided by Jeo Plumbing. I would rate them 5/5 and highly recommend their services.

I was so thankful for have stumbled on Jeo’s after calling several other plumbers and getting no help. From the person I spoke to on the phone and Marcus who was my technician they were wonderful! My pipes were leaking after being frozen and Marcus helped find the problem almost immediately. Then when I asked him to look at another plumbing issue he didn’t hesitate and was able to fix what needed to be done! I’m so thankful I found Jeo’s and I highly recommend to anyone! Thank you!!

Jeo was very communicative and timely. He knew we were in a time crunch to get our water heater replaced and he worked after hours to accommodate. His pricing was VERY fair and much more reasonable than other places in Tri Cities! Would absolutely recommend him and will call on him next time we need anything plumbing related!
