Harry arrived on time, fully equipped, and got straight to work. No guessing, no upselling, no wasted time - he diagnosed the blockage immediately and had it cleared fast. You could tell straight away he knows his trade. Professional, friendly, and zero fuss. Steph on the call centre side was equally impressive - responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful and friendly. Made the whole process easy from the first call. Five stars across the board. These two are the reason I'd call again.

A fantastic experience from start to finish with Jennings Plumbing & Heating! Our boiler broke and an online search brought up the company. We chose them simply because we had the same surname and thought it was a coincidence. We had no prior connection to them. After an initial phone call, a plumber was able to come to our house within hours to assess the situation. He gave us all the information we needed in a helpful and forthcoming way to make an informed decision as to our next steps. We were never oversold anything we didn’t need, and we were told we would have a new boiler within 2 days. Two days later the installation team arrived promptly, were incredibly polite, helpful and clean with their work. They worked hard to complete it all in one day, when initially two days had been estimated. This extra effort was appreciated as it was much more convenient for us. We are so happy with the new boiler, heating system and additional work on the radiators and drains. From start to finish our experience with the company has been a pleasure and all team members we have dealt with have been professional, helpful and very kind. We will definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs in the future. Thanks!

Where credit is due, criticism is also necessary. I have used Jennings a few times, but my recent experiences have not been satisfactory. The issues were not fully resolved, and I had to follow up multiple times. Sam and Tristan were directly involved in handling my case, but unfortunately, I did not experience the level of professionalism and prompt resolution I expected. Communication was lacking, and the matter did not seem to be treated with the seriousness it required. Their pricing is not the cheapest, and considering the quality of service I received, it felt relatively expensive. Although they claim to be transparent with pricing, the overall experience did not justify the cost. The support and booking desk was also slower than expected in providing effective assistance

I had a positive experience with Jennings in the past, but this time it was quite different. The issue took longer than expected to resolve, and even after multiple follow-ups, I did not receive a satisfactory outcome. It felt as though the matter was not treated with the importance it deserved. Although Sam and Tristan were directly responsible for my case, progress was slow. Poor communication made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. Their pricing is not low, so I naturally expected a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, the overall quality did not meet those expectations. The support and booking desk also failed to provide prompt and clear assistance, which negatively impacted the entire experience.

Credit when credit is due. I have used Jennings a few times and they have always been able to resolve the issues I have had. Pricing is not the cheapest, but defo not the most expensive...more importantly, pricing is transparent and they don't they and rip you off. Good communication too and they have a helpful support/ booking desk.

Jennings did all the plumbing for our new kitchen extension in Chiswick. New boiler. Under floor heating and plumbing in all the new appliances in the new kitchen and utility room. Their work is exceptional and the new system they set up looks / works brilliantly. Their after care is fantastic too and they're on the phone or over in a flash if I've any questions / aftercare. Would highly recommend.

Having had them recommended to me by a friend, I've used Jennings a few times now for issues at home and at work and they have always provided a swift, professional and reassuring level of service at a very reasonble price. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have been very happy with the service we receive from Jennings. We have found them to be honest and reliable and the quality of work is of a good standard. Tristan is particularly helpful in working hard and providing a great service.

Great company. Super reliable and knowledgeable team. Indrid, Harry and Tristan have all helpees us installing a new boiler, underfloor heating, radiators etc over the last year and the service and quality of work has been fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic all round experience. Layla located a local engineer very quickly and within a couple of hours Kevin arrived! Kevin was brilliant - from resolving the leak, to showing me what the issue was and how to prevent it going forwards. Excellent all round knowledge, very polite and professional and resolved the issue in a timely manner - thanks Kevin! I would recommend to future customers.
