Jem Tool Supply is amazing. We have been using them for about 3 years and in those 3 years we DO NOT have any complaints . When we place an order they are here the same day 98% of the time if not same day then the next day. They have amazing Customer service always willing to give advice and show us new tools which they think might work better for us. Jr Sandoval is our point of contact and he is utterly the most efficient, amazing and extremely knowledgeable Inside Sales Manager we have had the pleasure of dealing with. JEM's service as a company is great. They're all responsive and will make sure backorders, billing, or any other issues will get handled as quickly as possible. If you have any tooling needs or even need questions answered for upcoming projects. The staff is pretty knowledgeable. If you're in the Bay Area, give them a try! Also, JR is AWESOME! I've known him for almost a decade now. He's always following up on what the company needs and comes by to check on consignment inventory levels. If he can't come through, he makes sure that someone from his team comes by.
