Right away he was extremely knowledgable , helpful, and transparent about the whole process. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were getting a great house. 5 Stars Jeff was beside me with every step to ensure that my property was sold for the best market price! My property is unusual in that the original build is centuries old (pre 1800’s) with numerous additions and modifications added at different periods. It’s a beautiful property with old worldly charm, but that comes with technicalities that present obstacles to any potential buyers. Jeff and I faced various challenges that required; modification to meet new codes; mitigation of excessive inspection observations; pacifying insurance companies and mortgage lenders alike. Despite the challenges, Jeff and his team were with me all the way through. Supporting and coaching even when I was practically ready to give up! He was always friendly, supportive, available and willing to go the extra mile to help complete the sale. I needed that level of support because I was in the process of relocation which meant I was away for weeks at a time. Furthermore, Jeff is also well known and had excellent contacts for contractor support when work was needed and he went the extra mile to provide contractor access and check on progress when I wasn’t in the area. He even mitigated some of the search issues by pulling certificates from local townships that other selling officials seemed unable to locate. I consider myself lucky to have worked with Jeff, I honestly don’t think I would have made it through the relocation and sale if it wasn’t for his experience, great sense of humor and steadfastness. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is in the property market. Excellent communications, highly driven, has built a great team, easy to work with and remarkable integrity. One last but important point is that I considered 3 other agents and received various appraisals and opinions, Jeff’s valuation was no nonsense, spot on and was the final price that the property sold for!
