We love kenpo 5.0 Anaheim. We were referred by two of my sons friends and we see why. Sensei Andy really adjust to each students level. My son at the beginning had a hard time focusing. A truly exceptional place for children — both on and off the mat. My daughter absolutely loves her Kenpo classes with Sensei Andy. From the moment we walked in, it was clear how passionate he is about teaching these kids. He brings so much dedication, patience, and genuine joy into every lesson. You can tell this isn’t just a job for him — it’s something he truly cares about. As a parent, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing that my daughter is being taught by someone who values discipline, respect, safety, and growth. His passion shows in how he guides the kids, encourages them, and helps them believe in themselves. Since joining Kenpo, I’ve noticed a real shift in my daughter. Her confidence has grown, her focus has improved, and even her grades at school have gotten better. She carries herself differently — with more pride, more discipline, and a sense of accomplishment. Every class leaves her smiling, excited, and proud of herself. I’m so grateful for the positive impact this studio and Sensei Andy have had on her. Sensei Andy is an outstanding instructor! A great and role model and instructor to the students that attend here at the Anaheim location. My Daughter has been under his instruction for just a few months. I can't say enough about the program he runs and the way this is done. my daughter has gained a self confidence and respect for herself that we've never seen!! my husband and I have had many opportunities to travel to different locations and meet new friends and be apart of this ever amazing family. if your looking for a form of self defense experience look no further. come join our ever growing group!!

Sensei Andy and the crew here are incredible leaders and teachers to their students. My son is progressing quickly and is growing leaps and bounds in terms of his hand/eye coordination, mental focus and resilience. The skills taught are actually useful in "real" situations and helpful for self defense, but in my opinion the biggest gain the students get are in discipline, mental fortitude and confidence. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for martial arts, karate or exercise options!

Coach Andy Morales at Kempo 5.0 is an outstanding coach! He has been an incredible mentor for my son—always patient, encouraging, and motivating. Coach Andy not only teaches martial arts skills but also instills discipline, confidence, and respect in his students. My son has grown so much under his guidance, both on and off the mat. Jeff Speakman’s Kenpo 5.0 Anaheim has truly been a blessing for our family. My son is going on two years of training this November, and the improvement we’ve seen in his discipline, confidence, and overall character has been incredible. He is not only learning self-defense skills but also valuable life lessons that will carry over far beyond the dojo. Sensei Andy’s teaching style amazing, he knows exactly when to be firm and when to make class fun, which keeps the students engaged while still building respect and discipline. The kids love this. Over the past two years, my son has also competed in several tournaments and performed very well. These experiences have been priceless for him, teaching him how to manage pressure, cope with stressful situations, and stay calm in front of large crowds. Nothing is more rewarding than watching your child grow into a confident young person who’s ready to take on new challenges, both on and off the mat. The dojo itself is run with professionalism, and the location and class schedules are very convenient. Another bonus is that Sensei Andy also offers a kickboxing fitness program for teens and adults. My wife and I have been attending this class for over two months, and it has been a game-changer for us. The workouts are challenging but enjoyable, and the results have been huge. I can now easily do over 100 push-ups a day and it's easier to keep up with a 7 year old that runs on unlimited energy supply!! ;) . It’s the perfect setup for families: while the kids are training, parents can also focus on their own fitness in a supportive and motivating environment. Overall, Kenpo 5.0 Anaheim has provided not just martial arts training but a positive community, family and an environment where both kids and adults can grow. I highly recommend to any family looking for discipline, confidence, and lifelong skills in their kids, or themselves!
