We worked with Jeff to buy our home and were extremely pleased. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and a great partner. After working with Jeff, I can't imagine working with any other real estate agent -- he really is the best. There are so many reasons to work with Jeff and his team that I don't know where to begin. We were moving from Virginia with a very tight timeline and a long list of "wants". Jeff was unfailingly responsive, upbeat, honest and patient as we sped through showings and an offer. We hit some snags with an unresponsive seller (despite Jeff being on top of every detail), and again, his attention to detail, patience, and guidance were critical to getting us into our new home. On the day we were to close and move in, we arrived at final walk-through to see the house still fully staged and Jeff on the phone, finding a solution. Two hours later the movers were unloading our boxes. A minor miracle! Best of all, Jeff is easy to be around - warm, funny, professional, knowledgeable, very caring and clearly has his clients' interests at heart. We felt comfortable being ourselves, asking endless questions and even occasionally stressing out. Bonus points for a terrific team supporting him and the most fun closing process ever. Double bonus points for anyone who works with Jeff on their next home purchase or sale.

We worked with Jeff for close to two years. He is simply the BEST. He patiently answered all of our questions. He explained each step of the selling/buying process and made everything easy to understand. As we waffled on location and price point, endlessly sent him links of houses to visit, and frantically texted him with concerns...he was always willing to help. Buying and selling a home is a very uncertain and stressful process, but Jeff made it truly enjoyable. Selling a house is a big deal! We relocated out of state and needed to sell our house while being 1000 miles away. We did not start our selling process with Jeff, but we should have! Jeff gave us honest feedback on what we needed to do to improve our selling odds and helped connect us with reasonable contractors to prep the house. When it was listed, the photos and marketing were phenomenal. Being so far from a major asset is tough! Jeff was our eyes on the property while we were away, and we were confident that our house was looked after. When offers came in or there was potential, he talked us through the different options and what the pros and cons might be. He gave us frequent communication, let us know if there were any quirks happening with the process, and made sure that we were financially protected as much as possible throughout the process. 110% recommend.
