My wife and I (before we were married) met Jeff by chance at an open house in Glenside in 2019. He made us feel comfortable with his high level of knowledge in the Philly, bucks and montco housing markets, no pressure personality and easy going conversation. Jeff not only helped us find our first home, while keeping us in our budget, but also helped us sell that same home 5 1/2 years later (9/25) when we moved out of state. Jeff and his team worked tirelessly and creatively in the slower summer 2025 Philly market to help us sell our home. He left no stone unturned. There are so many reasons to work with Jeff and his team that I don't know where to begin. We were moving from Virginia with a very tight timeline and a long list of "wants". Jeff was unfailingly responsive, upbeat, honest and patient as we sped through showings and an offer. We hit some snags with an unresponsive seller (despite Jeff being on top of every detail), and again, his attention to detail, patience, and guidance were critical to getting us into our new home. On the day we were to close and move in, we arrived at final walk-through to see the house still fully staged and Jeff on the phone, finding a solution. Two hours later the movers were unloading our boxes. A minor miracle! Best of all, Jeff is easy to be around - warm, funny, professional, knowledgeable, very caring and clearly has his clients' interests at heart. We felt comfortable being ourselves, asking endless questions and even occasionally stressing out. Bonus points for a terrific team supporting him and the most fun closing process ever. Double bonus points for anyone who works with Jeff on their next home purchase or sale.

Selling a house is a big deal! We relocated out of state and needed to sell our house while being 1000 miles away. We did not start our selling process with Jeff, but we should have! Jeff gave us honest feedback on what we needed to do to improve our selling odds and helped connect us with reasonable contractors to prep the house. When it was listed, the photos and marketing were phenomenal. Being so far from a major asset is tough! Jeff was our eyes on the property while we were away, and we were confident that our house was looked after. When offers came in or there was potential, he talked us through the different options and what the pros and cons might be. He gave us frequent communication, let us know if there were any quirks happening with the process, and made sure that we were financially protected as much as possible throughout the process. 110% recommend.

We immediately knew we wanted Jeff to be our realtor because of how active and passionate he was in and about the community. It was our first time buying and selling simultaneously, so we were nervous about the timing of everything. However, Jeff  handled everything with ease and made what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming experience, a very pleasant and enjoyable one. He is a wealth of knowledge and resources and answered all of our many questions accurately and timely. Jeff never made us feel like a burden, he never rushed us, pushed us into anything, and let us make our own decisions offering his honest guidance when needed. He was able to sell our house in a tough market for over asking within a week. We are now in our dream home, and couldn't be happier. Jeff listened to us and helped us find just what we needed and were looking for in our next home. He also explained what work needed to be done before we put our home on the market to make it more “sellable.” Jeff certainly knows the community, the market and people - the house sold in 24 hours! If selling a house were an Olympic sport, Jeff would take home the gold—and probably sell the medal for top dollar, too. He sold our house so fast, I barely had time to take the “Before” photos! Jeff’s marketing skills are out of this world—he made our home look so good, I almost wanted to put in an offer myself. And his communication? Chef’s kiss. He was always one step ahead, keeping us informed and calm (well, as calm as you can be when selling a house).
