Highly recommend Jecker for any septic issues. They took care of us quickly and the customer service was great and so was the tech that came to do the work. When its time to clean out our septic again we will give them a call.

This is the first time we had used Jecker and we could not have been more pleased! From their receptionist to the servicemen they were informative, professional and answered all our questions! Quick response called on Monday and septic tank was found riser installed and pumped out on Tuesday. All employees, very professional, very polite. And the cost was reasonable. We are new to the state and area. They were very informative on how the septic system works.

Bradley was dispatched to evaluate and resolve a significant septic line blockage at my residence. Detailed Situation and Assessment Upon arrival, Bradley immediately began excavating the line running from the house to the septic tank. His assessment was rapid and accurate, uncovering the root cause of the blockage: a crack in the pipe that had allowed tissue paper to compile and create a severe obstruction. Execution and Resolution Bradley’s response was exemplary. He quickly went into action, demonstrating immense care while operating his excavator machine to ensure absolutely no additional damage was done to the existing lines or the surrounding property. The task involved complex and heavy work, including: Careful excavation and exposure of the damaged line. Complete replacement of all cracked pipes. Thorough cleaning of all associated traps. Remarkably, Bradley accomplished this extensive and demanding repair by himself in approximately eight hours. This level of efficiency, coupled with a solo effort on a job of this magnitude, is nothing short of superb. Conclusion and Recognition The final outcome is exceptional; the water flow from the house to the septic tank is now flawless. Bradley Philpot represents the highest standard of service and technical skill at Jecker, Septic Cleaning, and Repair. We just received service today and I cannot say how happy we are with this company. Immediate call back from office personnel (Danelle sp?), clear instruction and set expectations on cost and when service would be provided. On the day of service, we received a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Austin was prompt, efficient and respectful of property. They will be our go to moving forward!!

This is the second time I have used Jecker and the second time I have been impressed with their service...from the initial phone call to the signing of the invoice...everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This time round KESSLER serviced the septic. He is a great guy...answered all my questions and was a hoot to talk to. I have some flowers around the septic and he took special care not to smash any of them...I really appreciate the attention to detail. Jecker does a fine job and I will continue to use them for my septic needs.

Steven Yocum just left after pumping out our septic tank, and let me tell you that guy is the best! Very quick but safe, polite as can be, and did a fantastic job. Will use Jecker again and will highly recommend their services.

Arranged an appointment on the phone with Danelle who was awesome to work with she filled me in all all necessary steps they were going to take when & how the process was to be completed and the price up-front and wasn't hiding anything. Stephen & Bradley came out to pump my tank, they arrived when they stated and called before hand, arrived in clean trucks, & presented themselves well. In & out without a fuss. & actually spent less than what we originally quoted/planned. Top notch service & guys in a time where that's hard to come by. We recommend & will use Jecker's for future needs. 👍🏼
