Most importantly, she has a keen understanding of the tweaks and improvements needed to get both maximum value and to move a property in a timely fashion. We had lived in our home 27 years, and Jeannie's knowledge and support guided us to an excellent price with a firm contract in only eight days. She also was instrumental in negotiating the purchase of our new home, guiding us through every step of making the offer and then closing through a difficult process.

My family and I have been working with Jeannie and her team for close to a decade for multiple transactions. She is everything you could hope for in an agent and more. Jeannie is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but will guide you through the buying and selling process as a "seasoned" professional. She's very well plugged into the Summergrove/Newnan/Peachtree City communities and, unlike other agents, will tell you, honestly, what you need to if you are looking to sell or buy a home. If you want to, or need to sell, follow her advice and you'll likely be under contract quickly... in my case, less than 2 weeks, having received multiple offers (above full ask), which is a testament to her marketing savvy given the current state of the real estate market. Unlike some other agents, Jeannie is going to give you "honest" feedback about what you need to do to achieve the results your seeking. If you looking to sell, and your property needs updating, do what she recommends. She knows what buyers are looking for and what they find off-putting. On the purchase side, Jeannie will guide you to a "fair" offer as she is well connected to other agents, and understands what the traffic is likely to be on a given property. If you take her advice, as a buyer or a seller, you'll end up with a successful transaction and a quick result. Really cannot recommend Jeannie and her team enough! 5/5.

Jeannie has a stellar reputation in Newnan and especially here in SummerGrove. I called her because I plan to sell my house and move this Spring; I needed to know the current value. I figured she'd come over, look at my house and then send me some info. She went well above and beyond that. She was here for an hour looking at EVERYTHING, even making a few excellent, affordable suggestions for light fixture and paint changes. She sat down with me and showed me comps for similar houses and had prepared a chart of suggested listing and sales prices for three levels based on the house condition and upgrades. Her preparation gave me a clear idea of what my house should list for and what I should be prepared to accept. Jeannie is the most competent realtor you could want - thorough, professional and very pleasant to deal with.

Jeannie sold my house in 12 days. My experience with her and her team was nearly perfect! She is a hard worker and not afraid to get her hands dirty - and she's also a very nice person!
