"Been on my list since moving into my house to have the HVAC unit checked. Label on the unit showed that the unit hadn't been serviced since 2010... With this summer coming, and it likely to be a hot one, I went to Angi's list to find a HVAC company to come and check things out. Angi's recommended JDL and another company. The other company called me first, and set and appointment for two weeks later. JDL called me a bit later that day and told me they could send someone out same day between 5-9pm. Ire showed up, asked me what was going on and I told him. He did a few tests then opened up the unit where we found a good amount of black mold. He instantly recommended to leave it off and replace the unit. We discussed options, he answered my questions... and while we were talking, we discovered that my water heater was leaking too so we added that to the package. Ire called me the next day (a Saturday) and let me know that they could come out Monday for the install. The team (Carlos, Jerel, Jay, Mohammed and Conrad) showed up on time and performed the work. Removing the old units and installing the new units took about 8 hours or so. They answered all of my questions and did an amazing job of cleaning up after themselves!
