Jackson Carpenter and his crew are hands down the BEST! They moved heaven and earth (no pun intended) to replace our septic system immediately and handled everything very competently and professionally. Once we had the permit and the area located they took care of everything else, plus took the time to explain and educate us about the whole process. I have had a lot of experience with various types of contractors in North Georgia and this was one of the few times we weren't blown off, put off, or ripped off. Jackson did exactly what he said he would when he said he would and went a couple of extra miles for us besides. If the need ever arises for us to be in a position to require his services again we will not hesitate.
