The Jersey Cleaning team is AMAZING! They have great communications, their prices are the best in Bergen County and their customer service is outstanding. They guys on the truck are thorough and thoughtful about their work. The team in the Office - especially Jahaira - is attentive and always returns calls and emails in a timely way. I recommend them to EVERYONE!

I have been with Jersey Cleaning for 7-8 years now. They have the best prices and customer service. Whenever I have an emergency and send them an email, I receive a response within the hour or less. They are very accommodating and most importantly friendly. When I talk to them on the phone they treat you like part of the family and that goes a long way for me. 100% satisfied! Keep up the great service!

Worst company ever. Repeatedly misses pickup. When I complain I get lame excuses. I was then told there was a schedule change earlier etc. Left the can out OVERNIGHT they STILL missed again. Changing vendors as they are rude and awful. Terrible customer service. Their reply then says I did not put it out with the schedule change but I did and they STILL did not pick it!!!! No ignorance. Just terrible customer service and rudeness - oh and they did NOT send any notification of the schedule change apparently they only did that to some customers. Last thing: I have cameras that catch the traffic on the street so I know when they do and don't come. They did not come on the supposed change day.....They might be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. All the good reviews must be from relatives.

Freddie’s cleaning service has been wonderful for me. Rate is a lot cheaper than my former company. The top is always put back on the can so no water or animals get in. He calls you back quickly if you call. I heard about him from a friend and I am so glad I listened to her. I wish some other satisfied customers would rate him but I don’t think they know there I’d a place to do so.

WARNING: Do not use their service! I’ve been a customer for over two years and have experienced the worst customer service. The trash not being picked up for a whole week and no email about their schedule change. When I called, the guy was super rude, refused to admit that they made a mistake and didn’t care if I wanted to cancel my service. A week after I canceled my service, they tried to bill me twice, I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges and put a merchant block on them. What a nightmare!

We discovered this company stole our garbage can by swapping out a a worn and used container that they use to collect garbage with our new container. Very unprofessional and sneaky. We also discovered a missing bike worth 1,000 missing form our drive way. This is very disappoint because the service is locally own which is the reason why we choose them.

Do not waste your time. This “company” thinks that it’s OK to go through your personal trash bags and leave them on your property open for everybody to walk by and see all day. They literally pick up your trash in a pick up truck and pick and choose what they take. No wonder no one else on my Block uses them. When I called to ask a simple question of why they went through my trash, not only was my phone call not returned but when I finally called back a second time, the lady on the phone screamed at me demanding my ring camera footage. Also, the way they reply to every review with a novel defending themselves just goes to show that it’s obviously true! For an extra $3 use someone else it’s not worth the headache.

While there are so many challenges that we are all experiencing in life and business. It is always awesome to not have to ever think about the services that we pay for and the value that we receive from it. For example: I have a meeting at 9:30 am and for got to bring the garbage to the curb. I am now in my meeting the the team from JCS pulls up and I'm like Geeeeeeeez I did it again. While I'm not recommending that this become a pattern for anyone. "Put your garbage on the curb fool" - In my Mr. T. Voice. The have never let me down. DGB - Teaneck, NJ.

Dependable and reasonably priced trash removal service. Great customer service. We’ve been using the company for several years without any complaints.
