I’ve been buying glasses at JC Reiss for years and continue to be impressed by the first class level of service I receive every time I enter the store. On more than one occasion I needed glasses on a very short turnaround and every time they came through, with a smile. Even when I just need an adjustment, or eye glass cleaning product I get treated like royalty, or perhaps even better, like an old friend. Over the years I’ve bought glasses all over the world and can say without reserve that JC Reiss is the best I’ve ever seen!

JC Reiss has a great selection of frames and a friendly helpful team to guide you. I am always happy with the results. Choosing new glasses can be a chore, but they make it easy and little bit fun.

Though I have been wearing progressives forever, over the last several years all my progressives were missing the mark. I just couldn't find anyone who could fit them properly, making my distance, mid-range and reading "off", leaving me me with blurry spots and unable to focus properly. I did some research which led me to drop into J C Reiss. It turned out to be the best thing I could have done for my vision. They measured and fit my progressive lenses so precisely that all three ranges line up really well for me now. Everything is sharp, natural and comfortable and I am so appreciative of the care they took with fitting my glasses.

Absolutely amazing service! Just a few hours before my flight, the nose pad on my glasses broke and I was stressed about finding a fix in time. I wasn’t even sure they’d have the part, but the ladies in the shop were incredibly kind and helpful. They repaired my glasses on the spot—free of charge—and saved me from a travel headache. I have been a very satisfied client for over 20 years. I probably buy at least 2-3 pairs of glasses a year. It is hard to imagine better service and friendship. They always greet me by name, they work with me a lot on warranty stuff (I break glasses a lot) - and I absolutely love supporting a historic long time Morristown family owned business. Anything I want (I do have some technical needs relative to my job) they always have a solution or an idea. Skip the chain stores and the Lucxotica monopoly. In town for some training. Unfortunately broke my nose bridge on my glasses. Called four or five local opticians with no luck until Brooke from JC Reiss answered. Saving grace call and come on in and Steve will take a look. Showed 20 minutes later and 15 minutes of waiting they had fixed it all. Wonderful service. They saved the week for me. Highly recommend.
