JC Pet Hotel is truly a gem. Caroline, the owner, feels more like family than just someone caring for my dog. She takes amazing care of my dog with great attention to detail, and it’s clear she has a true love and passion for dogs. Caroline is always so friendly, welcoming, and trustworthy, which gives me complete peace of mind when leaving my dog in her care. I also l9ve that she updates me with pictures and texts. I highly recommend JC Pet Hotel to anyone looking for loving and reliable pet care.

They took great care of my 7-month-old cat, Kiki! I had to find a place to board her at the last minute due to an emergency, and I came across JC Pet Hotel. They responded super quickly and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Kiki had been spayed just two weeks before, so I was really worried about her—especially since she’s a very anxious cat—but they were so patient with her and sent me updates throughout the day. I’ll definitely bring her back here!

Very thankful for this family. Dogs can be very stressful as a working professional. My dachshunds have separation anxiety and my black one is very clingy.. making it next to impossible to leave them alone. I like that their family is informal, but also professional, I feel comfortable with their care. Thank you!

JC Pet Hotel Orlando were amazing!! Carilyn took care of our dog like she was her own. I would recommend them to everyone with a pet. She was responsive and sent pictures of our dog when she stopped in the feed and walk her. I’ve used them twice already and will next time too! Thank you for all that you do for our pets!

We left our senior cat and 2 year old for a whole week. Carilyn and her family took great care of them. Both needed meds and look great. I wish I could give 10 stars. My experience with this company is absolutely perfect. I had to book at the last minute and got it done. It was every possible obstacle with me I had to book another night it was a lot but was handled with ease by this company. There is a real family like setting with every interaction and I can’t recommend or say thank you enough.

I was eager to visit and support this location. Although I didn't realize it was home-based, we decided to try it. However, upon picking up our puppy, we noticed his ears were bloody from the grooming. The service was supposed to include a full haircut, shower, and nail trimming/file, but our puppy didn’t receive a full cut, nor were his nails attended to. I sent two messages about these concerns but received no response. Regrettably, we were very disappointed and won't be returning.
