I wish I could give Jay from Cordeiro Fences and Decks a 5+++ Star review! I am still so impressed and so pleased, satisfied and Proud to have my fence look the way it does! our Fence door and two panels fell back when the wind storm hit end of March! I am someone who grew up with men who worked in the trades and I find I am super picky with it comes to work being done on my property! When I found Jay on Instagram through another contractor I used, I decided to reach out and request a quote-his pictures on Instagram look clean cut and the designs looked modern and fresh! Jay was super responsive, professional and curtious. He came by our home in Stoneh Creek -listened to our needs-provided us options and provided us with a couple of quotes. Thicker posts vs none thick. A metal design in the fence vs no design. Once we decided on a date -Jay was super great with communicating with us! I was sooooo impressed with how big the posts are-they are absolutely beautiful! Then when I came home to a finish product with all the finishing touches! I could not stop looking at the fence and just kept repeating Wow, wow, and wow! My husband said Jay was so professional, meticulous and precis with all his measuring and he was soooooooo clean! He really knew what he was doing! I am so thankful and so happy that I just happened to come across Jay to help with our fence. I totally would hire Jay to come back and do the rest of our fence in the future and I will 100% be recommending Jay to family, friends or people who need a reliable carpenter. Thank You so much Jay! Jason was prompt, courteous, and respectful. Upfront and honest about his pricing and estimations. Great communication throughout the process. He did a great job on our fence and was highly efficient. Hope to hire him again for other jobs!
