I wish I could give Jay from Cordeiro Fences and Decks a 5+++ Star review! I am still so impressed and so pleased, satisfied and Proud to have my fence look the way it does! our Fence door and two panels fell back when the wind storm hit end of March! I am someone who grew up with men who worked in the trades and I find I am super picky with it comes to work being done on my property! When I found Jay on Instagram through another contractor I used, I decided to reach out and request a quote-his pictures on Instagram look clean cut and the designs looked modern and fresh! Jay was super responsive, professional and curtious. He came by our home in Stoneh Creek -listened to our needs-provided us options and provided us with a couple of quotes. Thicker posts vs none thick. A metal design in the fence vs no design. Once we decided on a date -Jay was super great with communicating with us! I was sooooo impressed with how big the posts are-they are absolutely beautiful! Then when I came home to a finish product with all the finishing touches! I could not stop looking at the fence and just kept repeating Wow, wow, and wow! My husband said Jay was so professional, meticulous and precis with all his measuring and he was soooooooo clean! He really knew what he was doing! I am so thankful and so happy that I just happened to come across Jay to help with our fence. I totally would hire Jay to come back and do the rest of our fence in the future and I will 100% be recommending Jay to family, friends or people who need a reliable carpenter. Thank You so much Jay! Jason did an exceptional job on the backyard fence for my mother. She’s extremely happy with the work. The black lattice on top was a great idea by him and the icing on the cake. We hired JC Carpentry & Fences to complete fencing replacement work at our condominium complex, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We have received nothing but positive feedback from unit owners and others. Jay took down and disposed of the old fencing, had new 6x6 posts installed, and completed 245 ft of fencing with the installation of 2 new swinging gates with overhead arch for added support. Jay was professional, provided us with a very reasonable and detailed quote, and was on schedule. He started and completed the work within a 2-week period, as initially indicated. There were no delays on his part whatsoever, which we were really impressed with. Homeowners who went out and spoke with Jay said he was very pleasant to talk to and answered any questions they had. We truly couldn't be happier with the workmanship, he is highly skilled in his trade, and we will be hiring JC Carpentry & Fences again this coming Spring to complete additional fencing and works at our complex. JC Carpentry & Fences did a fantastic job both with my fence and gate. Jason is honest , reliable , reasonable and hard working. He came when he said he would and also was on top of emails and phone calls which was very important to me. He followed all safety protocols as well. I had gotten some other quotes and appreciated his honesty and concern for my property. Since the job was completed I have recommended his services to friends and family who also were very pleased.

JC carpentry was great to work with. He built us a beautiful gate that will allow our kids to play safely in the backyard. Communication and work was wonderful! 10/10 would recommend if you need any carpentry work done.
