JC Building & Carpentary

Our experience with JC Building & Carpentry was exceptional. Jason and his team, Jesse and Corey, utterly transformed our ageing house, which had multiple issues (the entrance to the garage was via a toilet room, to name just one) into a home that is not just now bright, airy, and very functional, but absolutely stunning. It looks like it should be in the pages of a dream home magazine. These guys worked so hard each and every day and the quality of their workmanship was exceptional. Amazingly, for such a big renovation - new bathrooms, new laundry, new media room, new outdoor kitchen, walls knocked and rebuilt, new floors throughout - there has been no snag list, everything has been flawless. A lot of that has been thanks to Jason's attention to detail. He spent a long time planning the job with us before starting, and was full of ideas to help us not just bring our vision to life, but do so in a way far better than we ever imagined. I also should mention that beyond their professionalism, the three boys were a joy to have around while the work was being done. It was a bittersweet moment for the entire family when it was all done and they packed up their tools for the last time. I just cannot recommend them highly enough.

We employed JC Building & Carpentry to renovate two bathrooms and two bedrooms in our apartment. Jason Chudley (Master Builder and business owner) took charge of the total project co-ordinating all of the required trades working in a small area over a 3.5 week period. Jason was excellent in ensuring all tradesmen did not have to be on site at the same time. His logistical management was first class as was his professionalism and the high quality of work he delivered. We are very pleased with the end product and we can highly recommend the work carried out by JC Building & Carpentry.

Jason and the team at JC Building & Carpentry recently completed a fantastic deck cover for our family. We were so impressed with their attention to detail and how well they integrated the design with our existing home. They were a pleasure to work with, always on time, and kept us informed throughout the entire project. Jc Building , Jason and Jesse were great building our extension, we had the plans from the original owner and they picked up a major problem that would have taken a lot to fix down the track. Cant be happier with the quality and the clean up, most trades men I've dealt with dont clean up very well. But these guys do. Thanks again . Sharon

Jason will not only go the extra mile but the extra ten miles to ensure a top quality job is seen through to full completion on any project he undertakes. Jason is always responsive to communications, honest, competitively priced, will deal with any urgent matters quickly and easily, explains everything and informs you about the job, and is always easy to deal with and never complains about any issues that may arise. Do not even consider another Builder over Jason Chudley. This review only allows us to check the maximum of 5 stars but Jason really deserves 100 star review. We highly recommend Jason as a contractor.

I was very fortunate to engage Jason and his team to construct a built in wall / entertainment unit for our home in Biggera Waters. The unit including a fireplace, TV and lighting looks amazing and exceeds our expectations. At the time I was also having issues with a faulty pool valve requiring major excavation works which Jason and the team took on and resolved for us after 2 pool experts failed to resolve the issue. Jason completed a significant addition to our home recently. I found him to be professional and easy to communicate with. Jason kept us informed through every stage of the construction. The workmanship was of a high standard and we were very satisfied with the final product.

We are really happy with our Deck around the Pool,  Jason was very helpful, in both the Design and Construction phase. The wife changed her mind midstream, but the guys just adjusted everything with no trouble at all.  We will definitely be having them build our pergola.  Thanks Guys . Would recommend them highly.

Jason and his team did a great job restoring our balcony. It had significant wood frame and sub-floor damage due to rain water leaks over many years. The damaged areas were repaired and strengthened, the subfloor replaced, waterproofed, retiled and re-graded to improve water runoff. He also made valuable suggestions to better enhance the whole area. We are very happy with the result and have been getting new enjoyment out of what was previously an unused part of the house.
