Jack from JBD Gas and Plumbing Services did an outstanding job replacing my old boiler and converting it over to a combi system. He went above and beyond by relocating the boiler to a better position, making the controls much more accessible, and installing TRVs on all the radiators. He also set up a new Hive wireless system which has made managing the heating so much easier. From start to finish, Jack was professional, friendly, and tidy with his work. Everything was clearly explained and completed to a very high standard. I’m really pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JBD Gas and Plumbing Services to anyone needing boiler or plumbing work.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due! JBD were fantastic fitting & re-locating my new combo boiler to the loft. Quick turnaround, thorough work, tidy, polite, cost efficient, knowledgable, I couldn’t be more pleased! Had a different company in originally who couldn’t work out the lack of water pressure and other issues whereas I then found JBD who came in and sorted the issue straightaway & made sure we knew how to work the new Hive etc. I feel grateful to actually find a tradesperson who cares about the job they do and their customers. I wouldn’t use anyone else in future, above and beyond service! Will be recommending Jack to my friends & family! Very happy customer 👍🏽👍🏽

Jack did a very tidy and professional job capping a gas pipe. Communication on organising a time via text was great and had me booked in the next day. And the price was very competitive and met my expectations. I’d have no problem recommending Jack.

Brilliant service from Jack. Our toilet wasn’t flushing sent over some pictures and straight to the point with good price and date. Arrived on time was very polite and friendly got straight to the job and replaced the issue really fast. Very impressed as we had been let down with before or quoted silly prices. Highly recommend this company. Needed an urgent call out for my boiler which kept losing pressure and displaying an error message. Within 24hrs all fixed. Great communication via WhatsApp making everything much easier. The engineer was very polite and knowledgeable and took time to talk me through what went wrong. All round fantastic service
