JB Xtreme Towing delivered exactly the kind of service you hope for when you’re stuck and need help fast. I called and they were at my house within an hour, ready to go. The price was very fair — $120 for pickup and a tow about 10 miles — and everything was handled smoothly. The driver was professional, respectful, and made the whole process easy. I’m very happy with the service and would confidently recommend them to anyone needing a reliable tow. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Julio was incredible! While clearing an overgrown back yard our bobcat fell part of the way into an old abandoned septic tank that no one knew was there. Julio arrived but his tow truck could only fit half way into our yard. Many people would have given up and said “Call someone else.” But Julio did not give up!!! Julio had a professional but friendly personality and a sense of humor which calmed our strained nerves. He went to work, trying different angles and creative ideas. We were slowly starting to give up hope when he somehow managed to get the bobcat upright with a super human combination of chains and attachments! We do not know what we would have done if Julio had not been there today. Not many people these days stick with a problem that it so difficult. We are grateful to everyone at Xtreme towing - everyone we dealt with was super professional, fast acting, and communicated quickly. But Julio was a life saver today!!! I hope we don’t need them again but if we do - we will call them immediately.

Having a vehicle towed is never enjoyable or pleasant. But JB XTREME TOWING was amazing from the sweet lady in the office calling to confirm where we were an making sure we were safe. I had a great experience with my driver Julio. He was able to get to my car quickly and immediately made me feel at ease. His communication and professionalism were wonderful throughout my entire encounter. I appreciated him more than he knows during such a stressful situation of having my car towed for the first time.

Marcus was the man. Picked me up before I knew it, and had me home ASAP. Lisa at dispatch was awesome, too, and kept me updated with Marcus ETA. Fast, fair, reliable.

Our motorhome and boat got stuck in soft dirt as we were pulling out of a storage lot. I contacted three towing companies and was turned down by all of them before calling JB Xtreme. They handled things right away and had someone out there in about 90 minutes to take care of us! John Jr was the driver and he was absolutely great! This was tricky and complicated but he knew exactly what to do!

Julio was very great with communication and very quick and efficient. I am so grateful for how professional he was with his services in helping getting my truck safely to its destination. I even asked him about a mechanic reference and he let me know the tow shop also has one. I would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone in need!

Is never a good day when you are broken down, to lose money for the day and in top of that, now to get towed. Used JB Xtreme towing service, from Tampa to Largo. John Jr. was dispatched to make a bad day go out smooth at the end. John was real cool dude. He was definitely professional about his work and down to earth about life. Great customer service. Took his time in hooking and dropping off my truck. JB Xtreme was definitely the cheapest out of the bunch of companies that was called. Great equipment!! My experience overall 5⭐️’s from start to finish and the least expensive tow truck company in Tampa Bay area. Hopefully I don’t have to call them again.
