Hired JB for my birthday! They were great from the beginning, helped me get what I wanted and didn’t bombard me with emails! On the evening, Rhys our driver was amazing, and the bus is just epic!! I was recommended these guys and would 100% use again and recommend! You will not be disappointed. Thankyou for a fab time!!

We booked months in advance for the bus they advertise the black one. Everything was fine, response time was OK and gave us a great deal for a pick up in St Marys to the city then pick up at 9.30pm to return west with 2 stops. We originally wanted 8.30pm pick up but he already had another booking and pushed us to 9.30pm pick up. There was no contact the week of the event until midday less than 4 hours before our pick up time confirming pick up location for first trip (which I had already sent) and pick up time to return out west. When I replied to the text reconfirming pick up Address and pick up time for the return trip Jarred called to advise that because I didn't confirm the 9.30 pm time he had other bookings. I advised that I already replied to him the day after. He apologised and he could pick up at 10.30pm. Obviously I wasn't happy because we had plans to go to another venue. He then tried to make calls for another bus called me back and said they could pick us up. Then he called back to say he forgot about a night job and couldn't. I was so annoyed by this point. He atleast offered a $200 discount for his error. But the bus arrived to pick us up and I was annoyed all over again. It was literally a busways bus sprayed white with led lights inside like an unfinished bus. No aircon with 2 small fans 1 was broken and of course the windows. The windows weren't tinted nothing like the video they advertise everywhere. If you advertise a particular bus and cannot give that to me I should be advised in advance. Then we get on the bus and Jarred hadn't communicated the discount or that we had already paid our deposit and the driver had no idea. The driver had to call him to confirm. The driver was nice though and the drive was good. All of the waiting ruined our plans for the night to continue at another venue just a buzz kill really ruins the momentum. I found the whole experience very unprofessional, unorganised, and misleading.

This was seamless! Our group has the best time on the large party bus. There’s ample space, great speaker quality, the lights and decor are done up so well. Don’t book a regular bus for transportation- I swear I’m taking my parents on this the next time we’re booking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
