Avoid this place at all costs for a haircut! I went in with healthy long hair, needing it trimmed to shoulder length due to an upcoming shoulder surgery, and clearly explained my situation. I specifically requested a simple, one-length cut with curtain bangs and no layers. My hair was handled by two ladies. The first lady, who neither spoke English nor Hindi, did not follow my instructions and cut my hair longer than shoulder length. When I asked for a shorter cut to meet my original request, another lady took over. Unfortunately, this is where things went terribly wrong—my hair is now a complete disaster. She ignored my instructions and gave me uneven, short layers that look as though a child had cut them. The result lacks any cohesion, and the damage is so severe that it can only be corrected by waiting for my hair to grow back. No styling can fix the botched layers, leaving me deeply upset with the outcome. Adding insult to injury, the second lady even muttered “pagal” (which translates to “crazy”) during the appointment. I’m unsure if it was directed at me or someone else, but it was incredibly unprofessional, especially since I had respectfully communicated my needs given my circumstances. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this service and experience.

I recently got a facial and had a fantastic experience! Abhilasha, the employee who took care of me, was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire session. She made me feel comfortable right from the start and explained every step of the process. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, with calming music and a soothing ambiance that made it easy to unwind. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall sense of trust and comfort. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I must say I am extremely pleased with my hair. Jessie and Denys did an amazing job on my hair. I Love Love it and my husband was blown away by the transformation of how different I look. One word YOUNGER❤️.

This was not worth the money I spent. I arrived at 11 for my appointment at 11 and no one was there. I got in and, while staff was friendly, I was as not given a single name and felt like my service was being rushed. To top it all off, when they went to address my undercut, the cut me with the clippers and broke me out in hives. I’m glad my hair didn’t turn out terrible but I won’t be back. I would recommend finding another salon.

Exceptional Hair & Beauty Services! I have been in search for a salon with good services, friendly staff, affordable price and that would make be feel comfortable. This was the first time in my life I was getting highlights done and the owner helped recommend me a hair color and was personally involved in the entire process. The highlights were done beautifully, blending seamlessly with my natural hair for a natural look. The haircut was equally impressive—precise and exactly what I wanted. The threading service was quick and painless and the shape that suited my face type. I also tried their facial, which was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and attentive. I highly recommend Jaz Salon and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jaz Salon has been a part of my life ever since I moved to Atlanta. I would highly recommend this place for the great services (both hair & beauty), friendly staff, very accommodating in case of last minute walk-ins. I am very pleased and satisfied with my recent experience at JaZ. I am writing this review after almost a month of my visit since I wanted to see how my hair color stayed on and reacted for a few weeks and then give my final review. I must say my hair color and texture has been just the way Jaz salon staff had advised me and I am happy to be writing this positive review for them. The staff Ms Mayuri and Ms Abhi ( I don’t know her full name sorry ) were very nice and suggested very good options for my dry, damaged and badly colored hair. I am very content with the result and would definitely recommend them for all the hair care services 😊👍

At other hair salons, I have left crying, I have left with wet hair so I could just get out of the chair, and I’ve left feeling like my hair was such a burden to the stylists. It has taken me 10 years to find my perfect salon, and this is it! Nahawand and the other ladies at JAZ took care of every inch of my head. And she knew exactly what I wanted with me struggling to describe what it is, how I wanted it to look and feel. She’s a mind reader. 10/10 would recommend and I can’t wait to come back.

This is my first time visiting Jaz salon. I had a great experience. Mayuri is very kind and accommodating. I did haircut, eyebrows and hair color. I felt the hair color was lighter the next day but they are kind enough to bring me in and fix based on my request. I will definitely visit again.
