I had an amazing experience at Jazz Salon with Rucha! It was my first time ever getting my eyebrows threaded, and she did an excellent job. She shaped my brows beautifully and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Rucha if you’re looking for perfect brows!

I got my color done by Jaz and she was amazing. I’ve been dyeing my hair red for years, and this is truly my favorite result. The color is rich, dimensional, and exactly what I was hoping for. She took the time to really listen, mixed the shade perfectly, and was very honest while prioritizing my hair’s health. I felt completely taken care of and would absolutely recommend her.

Avoid this place at all costs for a haircut! I went in with healthy long hair, needing it trimmed to shoulder length due to an upcoming shoulder surgery, and clearly explained my situation. I specifically requested a simple, one-length cut with curtain bangs and no layers. My hair was handled by two ladies. The first lady, who neither spoke English nor Hindi, did not follow my instructions and cut my hair longer than shoulder length. When I asked for a shorter cut to meet my original request, another lady took over. Unfortunately, this is where things went terribly wrong—my hair is now a complete disaster. She ignored my instructions and gave me uneven, short layers that look as though a child had cut them. The result lacks any cohesion, and the damage is so severe that it can only be corrected by waiting for my hair to grow back. No styling can fix the botched layers, leaving me deeply upset with the outcome. Adding insult to injury, the second lady even muttered “pagal” (which translates to “crazy”) during the appointment. I’m unsure if it was directed at me or someone else, but it was incredibly unprofessional, especially since I had respectfully communicated my needs given my circumstances. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this service and experience.

Im so happy! I had global hair color done and went with the suggested color by Jaz. It turned out gorgeous! I walked out feeling like a princess! The staff are so warm, welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I must say I am extremely pleased with my hair. Jessie and Denys did an amazing job on my hair. I Love Love it and my husband was blown away by the transformation of how different I look. One word YOUNGER❤️.

I have been coming to Jessi since she bought this Salon. And she is the only person in the State of Ga who is allowed to touch my eyebrows!!! She is seriously a miracle worker when it comes to threading!! I Love Love Love her!!!

At other hair salons, I have left crying, I have left with wet hair so I could just get out of the chair, and I’ve left feeling like my hair was such a burden to the stylists. It has taken me 10 years to find my perfect salon, and this is it! Nahawand and the other ladies at JAZ took care of every inch of my head. And she knew exactly what I wanted with me struggling to describe what it is, how I wanted it to look and feel. She’s a mind reader. 10/10 would recommend and I can’t wait to come back.

This is my first time visiting Jaz salon. I had a great experience. Mayuri is very kind and accommodating. I did haircut, eyebrows and hair color. I felt the hair color was lighter the next day but they are kind enough to bring me in and fix based on my request. I will definitely visit again.

I am very pleased and satisfied with my recent experience at JaZ. I am writing this review after almost a month of my visit since I wanted to see how my hair color stayed on and reacted for a few weeks and then give my final review. I must say my hair color and texture has been just the way Jaz salon staff had advised me and I am happy to be writing this positive review for them. The staff Ms Mayuri and Ms Abhi ( I don’t know her full name sorry ) were very nice and suggested very good options for my dry, damaged and badly colored hair. I am very content with the result and would definitely recommend them for all the hair care services 😊👍
