Let me just say this man was a blessing in disguise, while heading to work today, a car in front of me had a blow out, I was unable to swerve into another lane which ultimately caused me to run over the tire which ended up causing my gas tank under my car to burst, after calling about 7 places while being pulled into a gas station this tow truck pulled into the gas station as he was preparing to head home I explained my situation to him and asked him if he could please tow my vehicle to the nearest cheverlot, he was extremely understanding and did not hesitate to assist! In a world today where so many companies lack compassion and customer service this man really turned a horrible start of my day into a day where I was able to find some kind of peace!! I would 10 out of 10 recommend 1,000 times!! Thank you for your service

I highly recommend JayPro Transport & Towing! I needed my car towed to a dealership and after my initial call to him, he was picking up my car to tow within 25 minutes of my call. He was very customer friendly throughout the entire process. He kept open communication while in route, after the pickup, and at the drop off location. I received pictures of my car once dropped off at the Dealership. He even called me once at the dealership to allow me to speak to the dealership service representative. I’d recommend this company to anyone in the Atlanta surrounding areas! I will definitely use them again for any of my roadside assistance or towing needs. M. Farmer

JayPro Towing was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They answered the phone within the first couple of rings and were incredibly easygoing and flexible throughout the entire process. To my surprise, they arrived at least 20–30 minutes earlier than expected, which was a huge plus. The driver was extremely professional and handled my large SUV with care and efficiency—it was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. While the price was a little bit higher than my past tow experiences, the speed, professionalism, and peace of mind made it well worth it. With several older vehicles that can be unpredictable at times, I’ll definitely be calling JayPro again when I need reliable towing service. Highly recommended!
