Jaymin’s did an excellent job prepping my subfloor for LVP! Jason and his team are the most prompt and professional for your flooring needs. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for quality service and a job well done.

Working with Jason and his crew was an amazing experience from beginning to end. From the first call, he talked to me very honestly and openly about the different options available to me. He made it clear that epoxy was not the right solution for me long-term and we proceeded to schedule him to grind, polish, and seal 2,440 square feet of concrete. The process took about 6 days. He arrived on time. He was easy to work with and he and his crew were always professional. They left the job site tidy each day at the end of work and got started first thing the next day to keep the project on schedule and on budget. The results are amazing. The floor went from chalky, dusty, and rough, to completely smooth, shiny, and sealed. Liquids just puddle on the surface now. It was so smooth, in fact, I was able to host a roller skating party immediately afterwards and people had a blast. After that event, Jason's brother came to give the floors a clean and remove some of the scuff marks. He was easy to work with as well. These guys are true professionals, have decades of experience, and know their tools & trade. I can highly recommend them—at least for any concrete-related work.

Jason (owner of Jaymin’s Flooring) is a master at his craft and a client-minded business owner. My wife and I purchased a house with cat-urine soiled hardwoods throughout our living and dining areas, and with large areas patched with the wrong type of flooring. Jason and Gabriel carefully removed and replaced all unsalvageable boards and refinished our floor beautifully. Not only does it look beautiful, it has removed the scent of cat urine from our home. Their work was meticulous, tidy, and reasonably priced. In addition, Jason and Gabriel are personable and a pleasure to have in our home. I am “FLOORED” by how beautiful our refinish and installation is! Husband and I bought a house. Previous owners had dogs and the wood floors had a lot of wear and tear from foot traffic. I also did not like how the old dining area abruptly transitioned into gray kitchen floors. Unfortunately there was only plywood under the kitchen laminate floors so I thought we would have to settle for new laminate or something. Jason came over for a quote and said exactly what I wanted to hear; that they could refinish the original wood floors AND install new hardwood in the kitchen to MATCH. He disclosed there might be a slight difference in color because the original wood was installed many years ago and you can’t guarantee the same tree source— but you can look for yourself in our before & after. You can’t even tell the difference in transition from the old wood to new! I also requested they keep the color as light as naturally possible and it has really brightened our home. Jason and his crew were on time, communicative, respectful, and tidy. Every time we went back to check on the house, their tools and equipment were neatly put aside. We look forward to working with Jaymin’s Flooring & Restoration for all our flooring needs. Very happy!!

We had wood installed on our staircase and upper hallway to replace carpeting to match downstairs wood installed 20 plus years ago. It’s beautiful and a great match! Jason’s wood installers are truly artists. They measured, cut and carefully placed each piece of wood like a giant puzzle. The bottom three stairs had rounded edges and the wood workers (I should call them craftsmen!) managed to put in steps that had the illusion of rounded edges. They worked non-stop all day for 5 days and the job was completed on the sixth day. Bravo Jason! I would recommend your company over and over. Your sincerity and work ethic shows in the finished product! I now have stairs in my entry way I am truly proud of!
