Jaymin’s did an excellent job prepping my subfloor for LVP! Jason and his team are the most prompt and professional for your flooring needs. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for quality service and a job well done.

Working with Jason and his crew was an amazing experience from beginning to end. From the first call, he talked to me very honestly and openly about the different options available to me. He made it clear that epoxy was not the right solution for me long-term and we proceeded to schedule him to grind, polish, and seal 2,440 square feet of concrete. The process took about 6 days. He arrived on time. He was easy to work with and he and his crew were always professional. They left the job site tidy each day at the end of work and got started first thing the next day to keep the project on schedule and on budget. The results are amazing. The floor went from chalky, dusty, and rough, to completely smooth, shiny, and sealed. Liquids just puddle on the surface now. It was so smooth, in fact, I was able to host a roller skating party immediately afterwards and people had a blast. After that event, Jason's brother came to give the floors a clean and remove some of the scuff marks. He was easy to work with as well. These guys are true professionals, have decades of experience, and know their tools & trade. I can highly recommend them—at least for any concrete-related work.
